 Compliance with the requirements of the Companies Act and other statutes is the responsibility of the secretary or director(s). This responsibility includes the submission of all returns and reports, for as such entities remain on the register.

 Personal Tax Returns

  •  We help filing the Income tax for Individual taxpayers. ( IT12)
  • We mainly use SARS E-Filing system to keep record of our client tax information.

 PAYE, UIF & SDL Returns 

  • After compiling Payslips, we file the EMP 201, EMP501 and prepare IRP 5 Tax Certificates.

 VAT Returns 

  • We prepare the VAT schedules and Files the VAT 201, Including Supporting documents used in compiling the schedules. IRP6-Provisional Tax Returns 
  • We prepare estimates reports to file the Provisional Tax Returns (IRP6) as required by the Income Tax Act.

 ADR Processes 

  • ADR stand for Alternative Disputes Resolution.
  • We help with the Tax Disputes between clients and SARS.
  • We therefore help with the process of ADR1 & ADR2.

  • Our prices are very competitive and negotiable. We determine our prices based on the travelling costs, volume of work and

 the time spend on the project. We will do a pre-engagement with clients to reach negotiated fees in relation to the assignment mandated.

 Our fees structure will be informed by the SAIBA/TheSAIT rates.

 We deliver and collect documents from/to our clients based on arrangements. We however encourage them to transmit information/documents electronically.
